2. Ordering and Shipping
2.1 When placing orders for products, you warrant that you have reviewed the contents of your order and confirmed its accuracy. TRACKLOK® Ltd will deliver the products to the address specified in your order.
2.2 Delivery is limited to physical addresses within New Zealand & Australia. Our items are professionally packed for safe delivery, and the estimated delivery time is usually between 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery service to the final destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and TRACKLOK® Ltd is not responsible for any delivery delays.
2.3 Ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we will not be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. The customer bears the cost of redelivery if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
2.4 Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices quoted on the website are subject to change at the discretion of TRACKLOK® Ltd. You will be charged in $NZ on the website at the time of placing your order. TRACKLOK® Ltd reserves the right to reject any order with incorrect pricing. Prices do not include delivery costs, these are calculated and added to the final purchase price at the checkout.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment options provided by TRACKLOK® Ltd include Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 For defective products, TRACKLOK® Ltd will comply with minimum obligations under the law. This may include replacing the defective product, offering a refund or credit, at our discretion. Please contact us via email at info@tracklok.com within 10 days of the invoice date if you have not received an order or if an item is received damaged or faulty.
5.2 Products that do not match the purchase order or invoice may be returned to TRACKLOK® Ltd if the error is reported within 10 days of receiving the products and the products are returned in their original condition.
